The online store of Kristiina Ploom Jewellery sells handmade precious metal jewellery and silverware/objects designed and made by Kristiina Ploom. All the pieces are designed and entirely handmade in Estonia (EU).
All prices displayed in the online store are given in euros (€) and include VAT 20%.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to making a purchase. When items are bought from the online store, the terms and conditions apply to legal relationships that arise between the customer and Lineaar OÜ, as the owner of the online store www.kristiinaploom.com. By placing an order you agree to follow these T&C.

Making a purchase
The customer selects a desired product from the online store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to cart“. Alteratively, requests for orders can be made via "Custom Orders" form.
To make a purchase, the customer must click on the button “Checkout”, after which the Customer is forwarded to the order placement page. After entering the required data, the customer can pay for the product by card (Stripe) and confirm the order by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”. When the customer has paid for the items, the online store will send a confirmation to the customer’s e-mail address.
The customer is obligated to provide the necessary and correct information when the order is placed, including valid e-mail address and full name.
Methods of payment
The Customer can pay for their orders safely with a credit card (Visa and MasterCard), service provided by third-party payment processor Stripe. The payment is carried out outside the online store of Kristiina Ploom Jewellery in a secure paying environment of the corresponding bank or service provider. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card information.
The payment can also be made by wire transfer to sellers account, according to invoice sent to customers e-mail address. The order will be confirmed after receiving the wire transfer.
Lead times and delivery
As all Kristiina Ploom Jewellery items are hand crafted, lead times may vary. Items in stock are available to ship after placing your order. For special requests or different ring sizes, please allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be produced. When placing an order via online store, estimated production times are indicated on each item. For custom orders, I will give an estimate based on the specific project.

For deliveries within Estonia, all items will be delivered using DPD/Omniva parcel terminals or sent via courier (choose suitable option at the checkout). Alternatively you are welcome to pick up the order from the studio at Suur-Paala 19, Tallinn (by appointment).
For international deliveries, the most suitable service provider is chosen, depending of the size and value of the parcel and the destination country.
When ordering from outside of the EU, please be aware that you may be charged customs and VAT duties at the point of entry to the destination country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside of our control.
EU to UK
With your order, I will provide an invoice that contains "A statement of origin". Estonia has a trade agreement with the UK, therefore payment of customs duty is not required as all the jewellery sold is manufactured in Estonia(EU) and sent out from Estonia.
Please note that, VAT won't be charged at the point of sale, but must be paid at the point of entry to the UK ( it won't be charged twice). The rate of VAT in Estonia and in the UK is 20%.
When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. All items sized are made in accordance with international jewellery industry measurements. For uniquely shaped jewellery, small variations may occur.
If you are unsure of your ring size, it's recommended to get it measured by a jeweller or you are welcome to arrange an appointment at the studio, I'll be happy to assist - get in touch here.
Returns and Exchanges
Any items that have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless they contain a manufacturing fault. In case of a manufacturing fault please get in touch with Kristiina Ploom Jewellery via contact form for further assistance.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please inform me of your intention to return items in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely wrapped and returned via a tracked postal service. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong item was shipped out or the item is faulty.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days after the item has been received by Kristiina Ploom Jewellery.
